上海米沙瓦医科工业有限公司是由日本上海国际株式会社、日本米沙瓦医科工业株式会社和中国上海注射针厂共同投资建立的中外合资企业。投资总额为1000万美元，注册资本800万美元，成立于1993年12月30日。
        公司从日本、法国、德国引进各种注塑、印刷、组装、包装、灭菌等具有国际先进水平的设备和精密的生化测试仪器，引进日本MISAWA医科工业株式会社先进的生产工艺技术和检测方式组织生产，确保了产品优质、高产。一次性使用注射针产品其主要技术指标刺穿力和滑动性能已达到国际先进水平，在国内同行中处于领先地位。
        公司于1999年初就通过了ISO 9002、EN46002国际质量体系认证，获得欧共体颁发的CE标志证书，同年还获得中国医疗器械质量认证中心颁发的ISO 9002， YY/T 0288质量体系和产品认证证书。2003年，公司又通过了ISO 9001-2000和ISO13485-1996质量体系转版认证和产品认证，通过了国际知名的TUV公司的国际质量体系认证审核，并获得欧共体颁发的CE标志证书。
        公司生产的一次性使用无菌注射器和注射针先后被评为“上海医疗器械名优产品”。“一次性使用无菌双联混药包“被上海市高新技术成果转化项目认定办公室评为“上海市高新技术成果转化A级项目”。上海米沙瓦医科工业有限公司吸收和发挥了各投资方的优势，以注重实效的管理理论和讲究效益的经营模式，采用先进的科学技术，以讲究质量和向用户负责为宗旨，从事生产经营活动。公司主要生产和销售各种规格的一次性使用无菌注射针、一次性使用无菌注射器、一次性使用输液器、一次性使用静脉输液针和胰岛素注射器、双联混药包、自毁式注射器、安全型注射器等一次性使用的医疗器具和医用穿刺器具。公司有遍布全国各地的产品销售网络，产品的地区覆盖率达90%。国外扩展到南美、欧洲、东南亚三十多个国家和地区。
        一次性使用无菌安全型注射器，已得到美国FDA确认，取得了（510K）销售证书，产品已销往美国、欧州等发达国家。
        2007年4月公司经过股权转让新增了注册于英属维尔京群岛的Eternal Health Group Limited公司，此公司目前为最大的控股方，该公司致力于人类健康相关产业的开发和投资，开发的产品已取得美国510（K）、欧盟CE产品认证，更拥有美国、德国、日本、中国等国的专利权，公司未来规划将继续投资和人类健康相关的产业，以期为全人类的健康谋求最佳福祉。

     Shanghai Misawa Medical Industry Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Japan Shanghai International Company, Japan Misawa Medical Industrial Company and Shanghai Hypodermic Needle Factory. The company was founded on 30th Dec, 1993 with a total invest capital USD10,000,000 and a registered capital USD8,000,000.
     Our company has introduced various kinds of advanced instruments and precision biochemical testing equipments from Japan, France, Germany, such as injection models, printing, installing, packing, sterilizing. We also introduced modern producing craftwork & technology and inspecting methods from Japan Misawa Medical Industrial Company to ensure our high quality and quantity of products. Our products’ piercing power and sliding capability (one-off hypodermic needle’s main guidelines) have reached an international high level and thus keep our company among the best in craft brothers.
     In early 1999, our company passed quality attestation of ISO9002, EN46002 and got CE certificate from European Union. In the same year, we obtained quality system and product authentication certificates of ISO9002 and YY/T0288, which were issued by China Certification Center of Medical Devices. In 2003, we also passed ISO 9001-2000 and ISO13485-1996.
     Our one-off axenic injectors and hypodermic needles are honored as “Excellent Shanghai Medical Appliances”, one-off axenic double drug bundles are praised as “A-grade item of Shanghai hi-tech transformation” by the relative recognization bureau.
     Shanghai Misawa Medical Industry Co., Ltd. has absorbed and exerted advantages of all the investors. We mainly produce all kinds of one-off medical implements and stabbing apparatus, such as one-off axenic injectors, one-off transfusing injectors, one-off vein hypodermic transfusing needles, insulin injectors, double mixed drug bundles, self-destructive injectors, safe injectors, etc. We have a nationwide distribution network of products, which cover more than 90% cities around China. In addition, our products are exported to more than 30 countries and areas, eg. South America, Europe and Southeast Asia. The one-off axenic safe injectors have been acknowledged by FDA of United States, and acquired sales certificate (510K), they are sold to many developed countries such as America and European countries.
     In April, 2004, we added Eternal Health Group Limited to our group, which is the biggest share owner now. This company applies itself to development and investment of human healthy products, and has got product authentication from America (510K) and European Union (CE). What’s more, our company has product patent rights of America, Germany, Japan and China.      At present, our total annual production capacity of axenic safe injectors and hypodermic needles are 140,000,000 pcs and 300,000,000 pcs respectively.
